Tenders for the interior renovation for the above project will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Regina City Time, Thursday, October 15, 2026.
Deliver bids electronically to [email protected] . Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.
Description of the Work: Repair water damage resulting from a sprinkler head in various suites and common areas on floors 11 to 4. Consult the insurance adjuster’s report for details.
Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of a Certified Cheque (front and back), an Irrevocable Letter of Credit or a Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender.

There will be a mandatory site review meeting on site on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
