Full description

The Department of National Research Council Canada has a requirement for the supply of:

The required UGV will function as a configurable research platform for the development, integration, validation, and demonstration of technologies including autonomous navigation, localization and mapping, perception, sensor fusion, path planning, mobility in complex and unstructured environments, human-machine teaming, remote operations, edge computing, and other physical artificial intelligence and field robotics applications.
The end result of this procurement will be the delivery of a complete, operational, research-ready UGV platform that can be integrated into the existing technology ecosystem developed and maintained by the Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAV) team of the NRC.

This procurement has been set-aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). Only Indigenous businesses as defined under PSIB are eligible to challenge the proposed procurement strategy to award the contract to the named Indigenous business.
