The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a multi-year Agreement with a successful Supplier for the supply and delivery of standardized Power Distribution Units as described in Appendix A – Scope of Detailed Requirements.
The intended Agreement will support WCB’s ongoing operational requirements, including lifecycle replacement, future growth, consistent product availability, full manufacturer warranty and manufacturer-backed support coverage, centralized firmware management, and the ability to access volume-based pricing, rebates, or other manufacturer incentives as purchasing thresholds are achieved during the term of the Agreement.
