WRO14SL2 - Defence Construction Canada (DCC) – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Consultant Services – Source List for Geotechnical Consultant Services, Edmonton, Cold Lake and Wainwright, Alberta.

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at Edmonton, Cold Lake and Wainwright, Alberta.

The objective of this RFAP is to select two (2) firms, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $400,000.00, for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment.

If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be increased in the order of $100,000.00 at any time and extended for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period, resulting in a total possible maximum value or $500,000.00 for the SL. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $15,000 and $25,000; the maximum value of a commission is $75,000.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document.
