For the supply and delivery of three (3) portable Class III
Biological Safety Cabinet systems (BSC) to support national
efforts in Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear and
Explosive (CBRNE) defence.
Each BSC system will be composed of a glovebox, with no less
than two glove ports, an uninterrupted power supply (UPS), a
filtration system, and a self-contained protective case for
moving and shipping. The three systems may be located at up to
two different locations within Canada. Validation of the systems
will include Defence Research and Development Canada Suffield
performance acceptance protocols.
Completion and submission of Mandatory Specification is required
to be considered responsive and for your bid to be given further
consideration. Unless provided otherwise in the Contract,
material supplied must be new and conform to the latest issue of
the applicable drawing, specifications and part number that is
in effect on the bid closing date.
Canada will evaluate only the documentation provided with a
bidder's bid. Canada will not evaluate information such as
references to Web site addresses where additional information
can be found, or technical manuals or brochures not submitted
with the bid.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
