Parks Canada has a requirement the supply and delivery of a Pull
Grader in accordance with the specifications detailed in the
Mandatory Specifications document attached as Appendix A1. This
grader is required for gravel road maintenance and constructing
new roads in the park. The Pull Grader will be used in
conjunction with a FWA tractor with a horse power rating of
200HP. Delivery is Mandatory on or before March 31, 2014.
