Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled
licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision, and material as
requested by the Department of National Defence in the form of a
call-up for Concrete and Masonry Installation/ Repair work in
Winnipeg, MB. Services are to be provided on an "required
basis." It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a
standing offer. The initial standing offer will be for a 5 year
period.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
