Description of Work: The work described under this contract specification involves the provision of custodial cleaning and janitorial services for various buildings owned and operated by Parks Canada at Green Gables heritage Place, Cavendish, PEI and Port-la
Closing Date and Time: March 6, 2017 at 2 pm EST
Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on:
Green Gables Heritage Place - Wednesday February 8, 2017 at the Visitor Centre at 8619 Route 6, Cavendish, PEI. The site visit will begin at 11:00 am AST. The site visit will be for one hour.
Due to inclement weather the site visit for Green Gables Heritage Place has been rescheduled to Wednesday February 15, 2017 at 1 pm AST.
Port-la-Joye – Fort Amherst – Thursday February 9, 2017 at the Visitor Centre at 191 Hache Gallant Dr, Rocky Point, PE C0A 1H2. The site visit will begin at 11:00 am AST. The site visit will be for one hour.
National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.
Delivery Date: The period of the Contract is from April 15, 2017 to April 14, 2019 (Green Gables) and June 10, 2017 until June 9, 2019 (Port-La-Joye – Fort Amherst) inclusive.
