Work Description:
Work of this Contract consists of execution of hazardous
building materials abatement within Building 6, 6A, 40, 53, 53A,
53B and 67 at the Pacific Agri-Food Research Centre in Agassiz,
BC; and further identified as the Work.
Site Visit:
A Site Visit has been scheduled for January 9, 2014 at 10:30am.
Interested Bidders are to meet in the lobby of the main building
of the Pacific Agri-Food Research Centre located at 6947
Lougheed Hwy, Agassiz, BC.
Special instruction: all bidders must wear steel toe boots, high
vis vest and hard hats. Tyvek suit, ½ mask respirator and
disposable gloves must be available to enter certain buildings.
Please note: The residential house may require suiting up.
Delivery Date:
The work is to be completed six (6) weeks after contract award.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between $95,000 and $105,000.
