Nature of Requirements:
The Air Services Branch (ASB) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires repair and overhaul services for components installed
on its fleet of Airbus helicopters. Current Airbus Helicopter models operated by ASB are EC120B (quantity 2) and AS350B3 (quantity 6). The quantity of units and model may increase or decrease during the period of the contract, and as a result this requirement includes an option to acquire the services for Airbus Helicopter models other than those identified.
The period of this contract is from the date of contract award for a period of three years, with the possibility to extend the contract for two 1-year option periods.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
