Full description

The Alberta Law Foundation (ALF) invites expressions of interest from Alberta-based non-profit organizations, acting independently or leading a consortium, to develop and implement an AI-enabled, province-wide technology platform designed to strengthen access to justice for Albertans.

The proposed platform would improve access to legal information, support navigation of the justice system, and help individuals prepare for legal assistance. It would enable Albertans to describe legal concerns in plain language, organize relevant information, and connect with appropriate legal services and human assistance.

This RFEOI is an exploratory, non-binding process through which ALF will assess potential solutions, organizational capabilities, partnership structures, development and operating costs, governance models, and associated risks before determining whether and how to proceed.

AI Summary

Alberta Law Foundation seeks Alberta non‑profits to design an AI‑driven, province‑wide platform that simplifies legal information and connects users to justice services, suitable for tech‑savvy NGOs or consortia.
