Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for services to perform sample analysis as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex A to the bid solicitation. The period of the contract is from date of award for one (1) year plus three (3) additional one (1) year option periods. The requirement is for a qualified Contractor with the knowledge and expertise of providing high quality, reliable and reproducible data that is generated using analytical methods that allow for the lowest reliable method detection limits. The analytical methods will apply rigorous quality assurance and quality control measures that produce polycyclic aromatic compounds (PACs) concentrations that are corrected for losses during dialysis, cleanup and analysis.
