The Climate Research Division (CRD) of Environment Canada
assesses the impact of climate change throughout Canada. CRD is
seeking professional support to produce high resolution climate
projections for North America using the latest Regional Climate
Model (RCM) and Global Climate Model (GCM) projections. The
intent is to have RCM and GCM projections downscaled to the
space and time resolution suitability for driving hydrological
models for the assessment of changes in water availability.
It is the intent to issue one standing offer as a result of this
solicitation.
All deliverables, including the Final Report, must be completed
by April 15, 2014.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory requirements to be declared responsive.
The Basis of Selection will be based on the Highest Combined
Rating of Technical Merit and Price.
