TITLE: MULTI-GAS ANALYZER
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number 01586-130395/A dated 2013-10-29 with a
closing of 2013-12-09 at 2:00 PM CDT. A debriefing or feedback
session will be provided upon request to
bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
Some suppliers will be invited directly.
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Research Centre,
Lethbridge, AB requires the supply and delivery of two (2)
field-ready, portable, lightweight, multi-gas analyzers capable
of rapid yet sensitive greenhouse gas flux measurements from
static chambers in the field (FTIR, PAS, CRDS or other type of
detector). This unit will replace the collection of gas samples
into evacuated exetainers from chambers in the field that are
currently analyzed in the lab by gas chromatography. AAFC
currently uses manual chambers, not autochambers with a
multiplexer.

TRADE AGREEMENTS
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
