The Prairie & Northern Laboratory for Environmental Testing
(PNLET) requires the supply, delivery and installation of a
computer-controlled, Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS)
System for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of a wide
variety of trace level environmental semi-volatile and volatile
organic compounds (VOCs).
The Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS) System must
include all parts, equipment, and software necessary for
analysis and must be suitable for the purposes specified.
Delivery to and system installation is to be done at the Prairie
and Northern Laboratory for Environmental Testing, Environment
Canada, Edmonton, Alberta.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31,
2014.
Offerors must submit a list of names , or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
