To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer to supply on
as-and-when requested basis, metallic paper-fastener in H and
Metal prong fastener, according to the requirements at Annex "A"
and Annexes B,C and D identified in the Request for Standing
Offer for CORCAN, La Macaza Establishment, Province of Quebec.
The Standing Offer will be from date of issuance for a period of
twelve (12) month with the right to exercise the option to
extend the period for two (2) additionnal twelve (12) month
period under the same terms and conditions.
Offers will be assessed in accordance with the technical
compliance detailed in Annex A - Requirement and every
characteristics detailed in Annexes B, C, D, E and F.

Important
The offeror will be required to provide a sample of the product
that they are offering with the offer or three (3) working days
after receipt written notification to allow it's technical
evaluation. Failure to comply will render your bid non

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
