SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT (SA) REQUIREMENT # EN578-055605/D

This requirement is for the Department of Finance Canada.

The Request For Proposal (RFP) is issued against the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) PWGSC file number EN578-055605/D. All terms and conditions of the SA apply and will be incorporated into any resulting contract.

This requirement is against: Work Stream 4 – Business Services, Category B.10 for the services of five (5) Help Desk Specialists, level 2.

Note: This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes the previous bid solicitation number FIN-993304-2013-06-21 dated June 7, 2013 with a closing date of June 21, 2013 before 11:00 a.m. (EDT).

Description of requirement

The Information Management and Technology Directorate (IMTD) of the Department of Finance Canada require five (5) Help Desk Specialists (TBIPS Category B.10 – Level 2 resources to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Department’s IT Service Desk Support. This requirement is full time.

Proposed period of contract

The initial period will be from date of contract award until August 25, 2014, with a one year optional period to be exercised at the discretion of the Department of Finance Canada.

Estimated value

The estimated value of this requirement will not exceed $1,000,000 (incl. taxes) including the initial period and one year optional period.
