Requirement:
The Canadian Forces College (CFC) of the Department of National
Defense (DND) located in Toronto, ON, has a requirement for the
60 month lease of one (1) colour production printer and two (2)
1 year options, including all related accessories for both
devices, in accordance with Annex A. This Contract is for the
supply, delivery, and installation of the equipment as well as
any training that would be necessary to allow users to access
all of the required features of the equipment.

Lease term will include the provision of all preventive and
remedial service and the provision of all imaging consumables,
as well as the removal of the equipment at the end of the lease
period. The hard disk drive must be removed at the end of the
lease, and will remain the property of DND. The colour
production printer must be configured as described in Annex A of
the solicitation.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
