For the supply, and delivery, of a Runway Sweeper for Transport
Canada's Churchill Airport, in Churchill Manitoba, in accordance
with the specifications listed in Annex A of the solicitation
document.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be
declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Delivery is requested for on or before March 17, 2014.
