Description of the Requirement:
The main objective of this requirement is to support the Chief Financial Officer Branch (CFOB) of ESDC in advancing an ongoing transition regarding the organization’s approach to programme, and Managing Benefits®, by promoting the MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes) and Managing Benefits® and integrating their associated concepts. It is intended to resulting in the award of One (1) on a “ as and when requested basis” contract for One (1) year, plus Two (2) additional one year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the terms of the contract.
