Ready Mix Concrete
Note: The amendment to the Notice of proposed procurement is
issued to extend the bidding period.
Requesting a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply
and delivery of Ready Mix Concrete, various mixes, to the
Department of National Defence at Canadian Force Base (CFB)
Gagetown, Oromocto, NB on an "as and when" requested basis for
the period from 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2014.
MANDATORY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
1) Material orders must be delivered within (2) calendar days
or (48) hours from receipt of order.
2) Items not received within the required times will be
subject to cancellation of order.
3) Consignee shall request items by telephone or facsimile.
4) Itemized price invoices (3) copies to accompany material.
5) The supplier must advise the client of the delivery times
at the time of ordering.
6) The deliveries must be made to either Building B-18,
various shops, PMQ Service Centre or various sites to be
determined within the confines of CFB Gagetown. Delivery point
will be specified when order is placed.
