Requirement

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for the supply and delivery of two (2) 2013 or 2014 New (Manufacturer Latest Manufactured Model) Thermal Imaging Cameras – Handheld. An additional six may be ordered on an “as and when requested” basis during a twelve (12) month period from date of contract award.

The Request for Proposal will be evaluated using mandatory criteria and price. To be considered responsive, a proposal must comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria. The bidder with the lowest responsive price will be recommended for contract award.
Delivery required: 6 to 8 weeks after contract award.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
