Request for standing offer (RISO) to provide, upon request,
various quantities of rolls and sheets of carton (cardboard) to
manufacture files folders for the Correctional Service of
Canada's, CORCAN- La Macaza (Qc), for one year starting April
24, 2014 to April 23, 2015 according to the description attached
in Annex A.
Offers will be assessed in accordance with the technical
compliance detailed in Annex A - and every characteristics
detailed in the Request for Standing Offer
Important:
The offeror must provide a sample of all materials and color
samples (as specified in Annex A,) for the product that you they
are offering with the offer or three (3) working days after
receipt written notification to allow it's technical evaluation.
Failure to comply will render the bid non responsive.
The offeror must demonstrate in the sample that the product is
compliant with every characteristics mentionned in Annex A.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
