CCGC SPRAY - Annual Refit.

To provide labour, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
the docking and refit on and for CCGC Spray in accordance with
specification No. 12-S040-017-1 (February 3, 2014)

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and will be limited to
suppliers in Eastern Canada in accordance with Shipbuilding,
Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19).

A bidders' conference will be held in the offices of the Coast
Guard Base, Clarks Harbour, Nova Scotia on January 14, 2014 at
1300 hrs. The vessel will be available for viewing before and
after the bidders conference on the same day. There are no
additional viewing before the beginning of the refit work
period.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
than January 10, 2014, to confirm attendance at the bidders
conference. The viewing and bidders conference will be canceled
if no confirmations are received.

The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.
