Request for standing offer (RISO) to provide, upon request,
various quantities carboard (Springhill) for the Correctional
Service of Canada's, CORCAN- La Macaza (Qc), for one year
starting January 2014 to January 2015 according to the
description attached in Annex A of the Request for Standing
Offer.
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for
Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation
criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with
the *lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of
a standing offer.

unit prices quoted applied to the estimated quantities
