Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Canadian Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (CINAC) requires the supply and delivery of (1) Skid Steer (new or used) for use at a remote site located in the Northwest Territories. COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENTS (CLCA)
This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement. The area of the contract is in the Mowhì Gogha Dè Ni?i?tlèè (MGD), as defined in the Tli?cho Land Claims and Self- Government Agreement, and proximate to Yellowknife and the Akaitcho Dene First Nation Communities of Dettah and N'Dilo.
