The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has a requirement for
the supply and delivery of one (1) propane forklift. The
requirement includes the removal of the existing piece of
equipment located at 1015 Arlington Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Background:
The National Microbiology Lab (NML) requires a new forklift to
replace their existing aging equipment at the Canadian Science
Centre for Human and Animal Health (CSCHAH), and to meet the
requirements of the new JC Wilt Infectious Disease Research
Centre. The new higher capacity forklift is required to place
equipment and supplies on the roof top of the JC Wilt facility.
The new facility only has access to the mechanical area via a
stairwell.
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
