An amendment is raised in order to provide Questions and Answers.
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W6399-14FA96/C dated 2013-09-17 with a
closing of 2013-10-28.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
five (5) narrow 4 x 4, diesel engine driven sit-down rider
forklift truck for use in constricted areas and ancillary items
including familiarization Instruction/Training in accordance
with Purchase Description for Fork Lift Truck, Narrow, 4 x 4,
Diesel Engine Driven, dated 11 September 2013, to be delivered
within 250 km of the National Capital Region and within 120
calendar days from contract award.
An option is included to purchase up to three (3) additional
vehicles and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12)
months from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
