Health Canada, located in Toronto, ON has a requirement for the
supply and delivery of pre-coded numeric file folders. The file
folders must meet the necessary specifications outlined in Annex
A- Requirement. A sample mock-up must be provided with the
proposal at the time of bid closing. One Contract will be issued
for a period of three years, with an annual requirement of
approximately 40,000 file folders.
