The Advanced Analytical Laboratory of CanmetENERGY at the Devon
location requires one (1) gas chromatograph tandem mass
spectrometer system. This system will be used for the analysis
of hydrocarbons and sulphur, oxygen and nitrogen containing
compounds in light and heavy crude samples, as well as diesel
and other fuels.
A complete gas chromatograph mass spectrometer system including
all necessary accessories for sample injection and data
processing is required. Full on-site installation and set-up
must be included.
In addition, on-site basic instrument overview and training in
the operation and maintenance of the GC-MS system.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31,
2014.
Offerors must submit a list of names , or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
