There is a requirement to provide servicing, programming, and
repairs to Honeywell Controls connected to and servicing HVAC
equipment within various DND facilities as detailed in the
Statement of Work. The period of the Contract will be from date
of Contract award (estimated February 01, 2014 to January 31,
2016 with Canada retaining the irrevocable option to extend the
period for THREE (3) additional consecutive one (1) year period.

For services requirements, Offerors in receipt of a pension or a
lump sum payment must provide the required information as
detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the Request for Standing
Offers (RFSO).
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on nternal Trade (AIT).
