COMBINATION STEAMER/OVEN
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
supply and installation of two(2) Automatic Cooking Ovens with a
minimum of 9 automatic cooking modes and a minimum of 3
Combi-cooker modes.
Maximum unit size:
Width: minimum of 40" to a maximum of 50"
Depth: minimum of 38" to a maximum of 48"
Height: maximum of 76"
