Nature of Requirements:
Vehicle Wrapping
To establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO), on
behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), for
promotional vehicle wrapping and poster production. The service
must be offered across Canada on an 'as and when required' basis
during the period of the Standing Offer.
The period of the Standing Offer is one year, from 1 September
2013 to 31 August 2014, with the right to request 2 one-year
extensions.
Only 1 Standing Offer will be issued as a result of this Request
for a Standing Offer (RFSO). Supplier may utilize sub
contractors for areas that they do not have an office location.
"The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services."

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
