Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) requires a vendor(s) to undertake and provide General Contractor and Construction Management Services on an “as-and-when required” basis on Granville Island, Vancouver, British Columbia.
The mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday July 23, 2025 at 9:00 AM PDT. Please make sure to send notification as per the instructions.
This Agreement will have an initial term of up to two (2) years, with the potential to renew for three (3) subsequent one-year renewals, not to exceed a cumulative total of five (5) years.
The anticipated value of the service is estimated to be up to $2,000,000.00 CDN per year including all applicable taxes.
