Line1, DEGAUSSER

1- Provide an Electronic Hard Drive Degaussing Unit that has a
one hundred and ten (110) volt electrical wiring capability.

2- The Bidder must provide an Electronic Hard Drive Degaussing
Unit that has the ability to degauss at a minimum one (1) or
more hard drives at a maximum rate of every forty-five (45)
seconds.

3- The Bidder must provide an Electronic Hard Drive Degaussing
Unit that has the capability of allowing the user to remove the
hard drive from within the unit, mid process, should the
Degausser not function.

4- The Bidder must provide a portable Electronic Hard Drive
Degaussing Unit that can fit through a standard door frame
(36"wide X 80" tall).

5- The Bidder must provide an Electronic Hard Drive Degaussing
Unit that is CSE-approved, Section B-5 and Annex D, for the
coercivity of the magnetic media to be sanitized. CSE

6- Remove and dispose of all packaging.

7- Set up, install and test Electronic Hard Drive Degaussing
Unit to ensure full functionality.

8- Provide one (1) operation instruction session for up to a
maximum of five (5) personnel, in English.

9- Provide three (3) operation manuals that are in both official
languages, French and English. The manuals are to be in hard
copy, book style, and given to the program manager (technical
authority at the time of delivery.
