The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain a better understanding of current vendor capabilities regarding available solutions for the requirement described in this document.The Privy Council Office is looking for suppliers with representation primarily in the NCR to provide accommodation assessments, on an “as and when requested” basis to provide accommodation assessments for applicants with disabilities participating in selection processes to be considered for potential Governor in Council (GIC) appointments.The suppliers would be required to work with the applicants to identify the nature of the barrier(s) the individual faces as part of the selection process. Suppliers must protect the applicant’s privacy and propose a fair, appropriate and accurate accommodation that will allow the individual(s) to fully demonstrate their qualifications while maintaining the integrity of the assessment tools used for the selection process.
