This Bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number M1500-131345/A, with Amendment #3 dated
2013-08-13, Amendment #2 dated 2013-08-01, Amendment #1 dated
2013-07-24 and the Original Soliciation dated 2013-07-18 with a
closing of 2013-08-22 at 02:00PM Eastern Daylight Saving Time
EDT.
A source list has been used for this procurement and that these
suppliers will be invited directly.
NATURE OF REQUIREMENT
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for
one (1) Welded Aluminum Covert Jet Boat and one (1) Welded
Aluminum Patrol Jet Boat for operations in Valleyfield, Quebec.
The Covert Jet Boat must be an existing in service design of jet
watercraft to facilitate both day and night time covert
operations. The Patrol Jet Boat must be designed as a "patrol"
vessel to support various operations within the detachment such
as general patrol duties, nighttime surveillance, intervention
and law enforcement.
Delivery is requested on or before 15 March 2014 for the Patrol
Jet Boat and on or before 15 July 2014 for the Covert Jet Boat
to the destination of, Royal Canadian Mounted Police Valley
Detachment, 480 Des Érables, Valleyfield, Québec J6T 6G4.
Two (2) Option Vessels may be required.
In addition to the Vessels, the Contractor will be required to
produce a General Arrangement, Lines Plan, Associated Lists and
Reference Documents.

This procurement is covered by the Agreement on Internal (AIT).
This procurement is exempt from the provisions of the World
Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP)
and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement does not apply as delivery
is not within a Land Claim Area.
The sourcing strategy related to this procurement is that all
interested suppliers may submit a bid.
Bidders to be considered compliant must meet all the Mandatory
Requirements of the Request for Proposal.
The lowest priced compliant proposal will be recommended for
award.
