EC016-270565 - ITQ - (Indigenous Set-Aside ) Fire Alarm System Replacement - St. John’s Community Correctional Centre, NL The Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business has been applied for this tender Work of this Contract comprises of the complete replacement of the facility’s fire alarm system within the Community Correctional Centre building, located at 86 Charter Ave, St. John’s, Newfoundland. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The qualification list will expire within 60 days or upon award of a contract in Phase Two, whichever is earlier, and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
