DISPOSAL OF CONSTRUCTION/DEMO WASTE
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
the Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment and
supervision required for weekly collection and disposal of
Construction and Demolition waste materials, leaf/yard waste and
miscellaneous garbage on as when requested basis from various
Department of National Defence Sites located within Halifax
Regional Municipality in Nova Scotia.
At bid closing, bidders must hold a valid organization security
clearance as indicated in Part 6-Resulting Contract Clauses of
the Request for Proposal Documents.
Period of this Services contract will be two (2) initial years
plus three option years, if required.

This requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization Agreement on
Government Procurment (WTO-AGP); Canada -Peru; Canada-Columbia
trade agreements, and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
