Description of the Requirement
The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS or the School) requires the services of instructors to deliver classroom training of various Human Resources (HR) courses on an “as and when requested basis”, in both official languages in various locations across Canada.
Course delivery services of HR courses will be required in three (3) domains as identified below:
Domain 1 – Staffing
Domain 2 – Labour Relations
Domain 3 – Disability Case Management
The School intends to issue multiple Standing Offers (SO) as a result of this solicitation. Each successful Offeror will be issued one (1) Standing Offer that will identify the Domain(s), Location(s) and Language(s), as applicable, for which it has qualified.
Applicable Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
