Nature of Requirements:
Request for proposal to supply janitorial services for the
Department of National Defence at the Montreal Garrison as per
the Technical Specifications.
Contract period is two (2) year with three (3) individual
optional year.
A MANDATORY VISIT will be held on August 27, 2014 at 9:30 am.
Meeting point will be at local 03 of Building 214 at the
Montreal Garrison on Hochelaga street, H1N 3R9
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Bidders who do not attend or send a
representative will not be given an alternative appointment and
their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any
clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from
the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.
This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.
Total estimate for the contract is over $5,000 000
The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on
the minimum mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.
Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.
