WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS:
To provide Janitorial Services including all labour, material and equipment for the Department of National Defence at the Valcartier Base in Courcelette (QC), Canada. The services must be provided in accordance with all sections and appendices included in the Specifications of the Request for Proposal.

The period of any resulting Contract shall be for a period of
22 months from April 1, 2021.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we ask the proponents to limit the number of representatives to two individuals (2) and to comply with applicable hygiene measures.
Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than January 11, 2021 at 1:00 PM to confirm attendance and provide the name (s) of the person (s) who will attend.
Instructions will be emailed to you. Bidders must then, at their discretion, submit their questions to the Contracting Authority by email following the visit as no details can be answered during the site survey. Any clarifications or changes made to the bid solicitation as a result of the site visit will be included in the bid solicitation as an amendment.
