Requirement::

The Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Kingston, requires an Arbitrary Waveform Generator and a Vector
Signal Analyzer. They are required for use in
hardware-in-the-loop testing of microwave/RF systems for radar
and electronic warfare applications. The requirement is
detailed in Annex "A" - Requirement, and referred to at Article
2 of the resulting contract clauses.
