Testing, Inspection, Maintenance & Repair of Fire Alarm & Light
Systems, Various DND Armouries, N.B.
Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the
furnishing of all labour, materials, tools and equipment
required to complete the following:
-Testing, inspection, maintenance and repair of the fire alarm
system at the Newcastle and Grand Falls Armouries and the fire
alarm and fire suppression system the Bathurst, Campbellton and
Wodostock Armouries; and
-Testing, inspection, maintenance and repair of the emergency
and exit light systems at the Newcastle, Bathurst, Campbellton,
Grand Falls and Woodstock Armouries.
All work is to be completed in accordance with the Specification
Number L-G2-9900/1616 forming part of the bid document. The
Service Contract is from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015, with
options to renew for two additional one year periods.
New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus the two option
years) for this opportunity is within the following cost
category: $250,001 to $500,000. Bid security is not a
requirement for this tender.
