Manufacturing and delivery of floating waterway barricades with
submerged panels (which have grills that must allow free flow of
water) of 12 to 16 feet, required by Parks Canada Agency
located at the historic site of Canada ,for the Carillon Canal ,
(Quebec). It is essential that its total length be 208 feet
with some of the following example specifications: Color:
Yellow, as specified in the Transport Canada's 'An owner's guide
to private buoys', TP 14799 F. Further details in the Request
for Proposal.
