The PSLRB requires the services of consultants (a maximum of two) to carry out the job-matching process and data collection for its Study of Total Compensation in Canada. The study is based on selected benchmark occupations in the federal public service and is intended to research the current wages, working conditions and benefits provided by other employers for similar positions in provincial, territorial and municipal administrations and in the Canadian private sector. That requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and services.
