Full description

Transport Canada requires proposals from Engineering Consultants to provide professional services to carry out the required scope of work. Transport Canada operates the Churchill Airport and is responsible for the airport facilities. The intersection of Runway 15-33 and Taxiway “A”, and the associated Apron is experiencing settlement/heaving issues and is in need of repair. TC needs to retain Engineering services to complete the following:
-Complete an intrusive geotechnical investigation to determine the cause of the settlement or heaving.
-Provide recommendations to stabilize this area of Runway/Taxiway/Apron to minimize future issues
