The purpose of this contract is to obtain professional services to undertake an organizational development project for the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada’s (ATSSC). This project includes gathering information from employees and managers through interviews and focus groups, analysing results, making recommendations, as well as developing strategies and tools. It is directly related to the overall achievement of the ATSSC strategic objective of creating an environment where employees are valued and supported in providing the best possible services to the tribunals.
The two specific objectives of the project are as follows:
? obtain baseline information on the organizational climate on which to inform current and future corporate human resources projects and initiatives;
? support the development of a healthy organizational climate and a unified organizational culture that aligns with the Government of Canada priorities, the Values and Ethics Code for the Public Sector and the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada’s (ATSSC) Values
