Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is undertaking remediation work at Steamboat Maintenance Camp along the Alaska Highway (Highway 97) in northern British Columbia (BC) for fiscal year 2026-2027.This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation.
