Requirement
To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply
and delivery of OEM and non-OEM parts for various models of
heavy equipment trucks and trailers for the Department of
National Defence (DND), Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
Flight, Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton, Trenton, Ontario,
Canada on an "as and when requested".
The period of the Standing Offer is from Date of Issuance of the
Standing Offer to December 31, 2015.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer
as a result of this Request for Standing Offer. The RISO may
only be used by CFB Trenton Department of National Defence, CFB
/ 8 Wing Trenton, Astra, Ontario.

Island (northern portion of Nunavut). Includes (but is not
limited to) Arctic Bay, Arviat, Baker Lake, Bathurst Inlet,
Cambridge Bay, Cape Dorest, Chesterfield Inlet, Clyde River,
Eureka, Gjoa Haven, Grise Fiord, Hall Beach, Igloolik, Iqaluit,
Kimmirut, Kugluktuk, Nanisivik, Pangnirtung, Pelly Bay, Pond
Inlet, Povungnituk, Qikiqtarjuaq, Rankin Inlet, Repulse Bay,

This procurement is set aside from the international trade
agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small
and minority businesses.
Further to Article 1802 of the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement
